Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your purchase but if you don't, we're happy to process a new order or issue you a refund. You have up to 45 days from purchasing date to return or exchange Coofandy items by mail.
Subjective Reason: If you feel that the clothing do not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service within 45 days of purchasing. You can request a return (excluding shipping costs).
Objective reasons: If you receive a wrong product that is not the same as the one you ordered, you must provide a photo of the wrong product. After verification, we will send you new product free of charge or refund for you.
We will reissue the original order unconditionally in the following cases: The customer provided clear proof of loss; The post office showed proper delivery, and the customer contacted the local post office several times with no results. There was delivery time and waybill number, but no logistic information.
Order change / Order cancellation
We accept order change / order cancellation before we ship your order. There will be an additional charge for price differences. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can process your order accordingly and on time.
Due to fast processing and delivery, if you want to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 12 hours, to avoid extra charges. Otherwise, please refer to the following table to check the details (Shipping charges and differences are not included).

How to return?
Contact us by email at email@example.com within 45 days of purchasing. All returns must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
Pack your clothing securely and leave a note with your name, e-mail, order number, and a brief description of the reason for return so Coofandy can examine the products.
Coofandy would regret it if your clothing was lost during shipping. Therefore, it is recommended that you ship your returns using a trackable method. Please send us the tracking number when you send the product to us.
Notes: We do not cover the return fee(except our responsibility)
Shipping charges may be refunded in the following situations: wrong or damaged products.
Q1: What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?
A1: Items are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged at any time. Set products can only be returned as a complete set and cannot be separated.
Q2: Where will the refund be issued?
A2: Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
