    We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly but it may be unavoidable because of slight differences in item sizing between manufacturers so we have this size chart available on most of our product pages.     You will receive a shipping notification email containing the tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. You can click the link below to track the logistic information of your order.     2. How long will the order take to arrive?

    Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

    Processing Time: The processing time is separate from the shipping time. We typically take 2–5 business days to prepare your products before shipping. However, some items may take 5-7 business days to process due to stock availability limitations. We will ship to the address you entered before you pay, please make sure the shipping address is correct. If you want to change the address, please contact us at support@coofandy.com within 12 hours.

    Shipping time: Generally, for Global Shipping, it will take 10-22 business days for your orders to reach you, some distance area might take even longer.

    US Domestic Shipping: it will be delivered in 3-7 business days for most US. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer. Please note that US Domestic Shipping is only available for products in the [US LOCAL] Collection.

    3. Why is my order taking so long to ship?

    4. Why haven't I received my order when my package has been delivered?

    5. Why is there no tracking update?

    As some packages are shipped internationally, you may not see updates via local couriers until the package is in transit, cleared by local customs, and entry is granted into your country. This process can take anywhere from 3 to 5 days. If your order is still under the estimated delivery time frame, please wait patiently! Once this process has been completed, you will be able to see your tracking updates.

    6. Why did I only receive part of the order?

    Due to overweight or stock reasons, we will divide some orders into several packages for shipment, you will receive the remaining items in the next few days.
    7. Why was my order divided into two or more packages?

    Your order is overweight due to too many items or contains pre-order products. For overweight orders, we may split the order and ship it out in several packages. And we will give priority to the items in stock so that you can receive them as soon as possible. We will also ship out the remaining products as soon as they are in stock.
    8. Will I be responsible for any customs or duty fees?

    Generally, customers doesn't need to pay customs or duty fees. For orders from Europe, due to policy constraints, shipments will be delivered with duties and tax unpaid. Therefore, all import (customs) duties and/or taxes will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customer.

    1. How to place an order?

    Here's how you can place an order:
    Step 1: Search, select or click the item that you want to order;
    Step 2: View the product size chart and size purchase referance table;
    Step 3: Select/Click the size/ color and then add to cart or click the button "BUY IT NOW"; Note: If the color/size are grayed out, it means that they are no longer available in stock.
    Step 4: Click the cart logo to proceed with check out and review the order summary details; Details of the order summary : On this screen, you can delete the products by clicking on the "Remove" icon or, change order quantity by clicking on the "+" or "-" icon;
    Step 5: Fill in the shipping informations Don't forget to use discount code. (If there it is) If the promotional code is valid, it will display the tag of code under the box and the discount will be reflected on the summary; Shipping Address: Please make sure that the shipping address is complete to avoid issues with Delivery. (Please include street number and apartment number to avoid issues with delivery) Billing Information: Please make sure that the information you entered matches your credit card billing information to avoid payment issues.
    Step 6: Click the "Continue to shipping" and "Coninue to payment" button;
    Step 7: Select your payment method If you select PayPal, please click the "PayPal “Button If you select credit/debit card or Klarna, please click the "Pay now" button;
    After the payment is completed, you will receive an order information email from us.
    2. I didn't receive the order confirmation email?

    1. The most common issues are an incorrect email address or the email has gone to your "junk/spam" mail. Please check your "junk mail/spam" folder. If it is still not find it, you can contact our customer service by e-mail: (support@coofandy.com).

    2. The email address may have been incorrectly inputted when the order was placed, please contact customer service to change your email address.

    3. Can I add products to or delete products from my order?

    Before submitting your order, please make sure all the details in it are final.
    1. You cannot add products to your order after you've placed it successfully. If your order has not been packaged yet, you can cancel it and place a new order for the products you need. Or you can place an new order for the product you want to add.
    2. If you'd like to delete a certain product from your order, you can do so before your order is packaged.

    If the package has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your order. If your order cannot be changed, please see our return policy.

    4. Can I change my shipping address?

    We can only help you modify your shipping address BEFORE SHIPPING.

If the order has already been shipped to destination country and you need to make changes on the address, we highly recommend to track your package, find out the shipping courier and reach out to them for arrangements, so they can reroute the package to the address where you want your package to be delivered.

    5. Can I cancel my order?

    Please note that requesting cancellation for your order is limited to the following guidelines would still be possible if:
    An order is still in processing status. If your order has been processed and has already been shipped we would not be able to cancel it. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
